How this website works: The booking form prepares a message in WhatsApp and does not save form entries to a website database. There are no customer accounts, online payments, professional onboarding or public review submission on this website. The policy below is supplied by SAKHREPAIRS and describes its broader service operations. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms.

By accessing or using any SAKHREPAIRS platform — including Home Repair and Auto Repair — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users: customers, service professionals (artisans/mechanics), and visitors.

1. About SAKHREPAIRS

SAKHREPAIRS ("we", "us") is a digital intermediary platform that connects customers with independent service professionals in Pakistan. SAKHREPAIRS does not directly employ artisans or mechanics. All service professionals are independent contractors.

Our service categories — Home Repair (home services) and Auto Repair (automotive services) — facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between customers and professionals. SAKHREPAIRS acts solely as a marketplace and is not a party to the service contract between customer and professional.

2. Platform Use & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platforms. By using SAKHREPAIRS, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or reviews.
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, or disrupt platform systems.
• Harvest or scrape user data, artisan profiles, or contact information.
• Impersonate SAKHREPAIRS staff, artisans, or other users.

3. Anti-Solicitation Policy (Professionals)

This section is binding on all registered service professionals.

By joining SAKHREPAIRS as a service professional, you expressly agree that:

• You will NOT solicit customers met through SAKHREPAIRS for direct work outside the platform.
• You will NOT share your personal phone number, WhatsApp, or any contact detail directly with customers.
• You will NOT accept payment for SAKHREPAIRS-referred jobs outside the SAKHREPAIRS payment system.
• You will NOT encourage customers to contact you directly for future jobs, referrals, or repeat bookings.
• All job requests, quotes, and communications must be routed exclusively through SAKHREPAIRS.

Consequences of violation: Direct solicitation constitutes a material breach of this agreement. SAKHREPAIRS reserves the right to immediately deactivate the professional's account, withhold any pending earnings, and pursue civil damages for loss of platform revenue caused by the breach. Repeated or egregious violations may be referred to relevant legal authorities.

Customers who are solicited directly by a SAKHREPAIRS professional are encouraged to report it to info@sakhrepairs.com or WhatsApp 0333 3722390.

4. Payments & Commission

SAKHREPAIRS charges a service commission on each completed job. The commission rate is communicated to professionals at onboarding and may be updated with 14 days' notice.

Customers agree that service charges are set by SAKHREPAIRS and the assigned professional jointly. SAKHREPAIRS is not responsible for pricing disputes arising from work performed outside the platform.

All payments must be made through approved channels (company account, online transfer, or cash as designated per booking). Attempting to process payments outside these channels is a violation of these terms.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

SAKHREPAIRS provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of services rendered by independent professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, SAKHREPAIRS shall not be liable for:

• Any property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from services rendered.
• Delays, cancellations, or no-shows by service professionals.
• Disputes between customers and professionals regarding service quality or pricing.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• For any unethical or illegal act of either customer or the professionals "Artisans".

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the commission earned by SAKHREPAIRS on the specific booking in question.

6. Reviews & Content

By submitting a review, you grant SAKHREPAIRS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our platforms. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Fake, defamatory, or incentivized reviews are prohibited and will be removed.

SAKHREPAIRS reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Termination

SAKHREPAIRS may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the platform or its users. Professionals who are terminated for cause forfeit any pending commission payments.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith by contacting SAKHREPAIRS at info@sakhrepairs.com.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email to registered users.
